Zelda was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose love for her family was unwavering. She dedicated many years of service as a Housing Inspector with the D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), where she was respected for her diligence, fairness, and commitment to her community.

Her kindness, strength, and generosity touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
