Constance Miller, affectionately known as “Tina,” was born on August 11, 1965, in Washington, D.C., to Arthur and Jean Miller. Tina later made her home in Maryland, where she became a familiar face and an unforgettable presence to everyone who knew her.
Tina transitioned from this life on January 16, 2026, at Capital Region Medical Center (PG Hospital).
A proud graduate of Fairmont Heights High School, Tina was known—loudly and lovingly—as a true “Landover OG.” She was well known throughout the Landover community, and her personality made sure you never forgot her. Tina had a way of walking into any room and instantly making her presence known. She would either make you laugh until your stomach hurt or make you want to cuss her out—but either way, it never took long to move forward, because that was Tina. She was real, bold, and unapologetically herself.
Tina remained a woman who stayed smiling and kept showing up as herself. Her energy, charm, and humor created moments that family and friends will carry forever. Some of her favorite sayings—“WooooHoo!”, “Hello Motto!”, and “I don’t care!”—will forever echo in the hearts of those who loved her.
Tina leaves behind a legacy of laughter, resilience, and unforgettable memories. She will be deeply missed and always remembered.
